Win or lose, Hayes remains efficient in every game! Hayes continues to shoot the lights out of the gym. She surpassed the 1,000 point mark as a junior this season! Yes, she is known as a lethal outside shooter, but I love the in game adjustments that she makes. She doesn’t get sped up or out of control. Adison doesn’t force shots. She has great court vision and she is extremely unselfish. If you don’t have this junior on your radar, you need to!

Hayes can straight up score the ball. She led her Grainger team in scoring at almost 14 points a game, with 64 made threes. Teams defensive game plans vs Grainger center around stopping Hayes, and she still finds a way to score. Her 91 made free throws is a really impressive number, and its proof that she more than just a shooter. She’s sneaky quick attacking defenders off the bounce and getting better at finishing at the rim.

Hayes has the best shot fundamentals! I love watching the game of basketball, and I love watching Adison shoot the rock. She is one of the most efficient shooters that can light it up extremely fast and in a hurry. She can score in numerous ways and fast! Yes, you can name so many good shooters in the state of TN. However, when you are talking about the best outside shooters, include Adison’s name! One of the purest shooters that I will pick in any 3 point competition!

My sources are saying Grainger looks MUCH improved led by the play of Hayes. At her size, she’s a unique scorer and playmaker. The addition of of freshman Brooklyn Roach has helped a lot as well alleviating some of the pressure for her. She’s going to have a big time junior year.

Hayes has been rock solid on both ends. Her temperament fits this club perfectly. She defends and rebounds with passion. She wins every 50/50 ball in sight. And she plays as hard as she can for as long as she can. Just a great example how playing the game the right way. She’s also been averaging around 10 a game scoring both inside and outside with nice efficiency numbers.

This kid was incredible in the championship game. She’s normally simply a really steady kid: 10 points/6 rebounds/great D. But today she was phenomenal! She scored 17 points, with 4 made threes. This just just her upside, and exactly how good this kid has the potential to be.

Really impressive, athletic guard. I knew the kid could score, but she also defended much better than I knew she could. Athletic enough to guard on the ball, and smart enough to know how and when to help off it. Nice hesitation dribble to a left scoop finish.

is just rock solid. Game in and game out, you know exactly what you’ll get from her. She never forces the issue, and lets the game come to her. Rarely, will she take a bad shot.
She already has 789 points after averaging 12 points as a freshman and 13 as a sophomore. She also hit 64 threes this year and went to the free throw line a TON. While the straight up scoring average might not reflect it so much, she was much improved her sophomore year.

Adison is a great young lady and a tremendous ball player. She can handle it, score at all 3 levelsrnand defends with grit and toughness. She will not back down. Her ability to make big buckets inrncrucial times just adds to her offensive strength. She was an All-District and All DistrictrnTournament team member for the Lady Grizzlies as a Freshman and Sophomore. She was alsornnamed Underclassman of the Year in the District as a Sophomore. She is another quiet off therncourt but fiery on it type of player. She is a great teammate who is willing to help the team inrnwhatever manner is needed.
