Ahria Mehta Ahria Mehta Ahria Mehta 5'5" | PG Dominion | 2025 State VA is one of the more underrated guards in NOVA, and she had a good game in Dominion’s round 1 win over Rock Ridge. Ahria is a good shooter and a terrific passer. She is an active defender and does a great job turning opposing guards over. She had 16 in a win over Rock Ridge.

I watched Ahria Mehta Ahria Mehta Ahria Mehta 5'5" | PG Dominion | 2025 State VA at the Chick-fil-A invitational last May, and she was one of the more impressive guards there. Ahria’s IQ and quick hands on defense were great. Ahria can shoot the ball with great range and is one of the more accurate passers I’ve seen. Keeping your head up and finding open players is one thing, but delivering passes accurately makes it much more important. Dominion struggled this year, which may be why Ahria has yet to get much recognition, but she still finished first team in the Dulles district and second team all-region.

Dominion guard Ahria Mehta Ahria Mehta Ahria Mehta 5'5" | PG Dominion | 2025 State VA has everything you need out of a point guard. I watched her play for LBA attack at the chick-fil-invitational, and I thought she was excellent all around. She competes on both ends and is a really smart basketball player. She is a decent shooter and is good at getting other people involved. She handles the ball well and is less affected by pressure than other young guards.
