Bednar has caught the eye both days as a complimentary shooter to a rough and tumble Edmond North roster. Pops up in the mid-range and three with made jumpers. But she also isn’t afraid to mix it up, as she gets up and guards on defense too. Could see her dedication when fighting through screens. Edmond North has won a lot of games over the last decade thanks to timely shooting and committed defending. A role that Bednar now seems to be playing.

Guard that showed poise and in control all night against the Yukon press. Nice vision on the drives that seemed to always find the open man for a scoring opportunities. Bednar showed her outside abilities as she caught fire early in the 4th quarter.

Good size at the combo guard position. Played the point guard position most of the time during 5/5 play. Good vision in the open floor transition with eyes up looking to advance the ball with the pass. I did like the way she pushed the ball on fastbreak not forcing it just taking what the defense gave her. Combo guard that can shoot the outside 3-pointer, but the mid-range game is what was impressive. Like the jumper off the ball screen as well.
Good rebounding guard on both ends of the floor. Great hustler that did not mind getting in the mix for loose balls. I would not expect anything less from Lady Husky. 2027 to put a check by as her stock will increase this season.

Do it all guard with strong positional size. Knocks down open threes, while also confidently attacking close outs and converting in the inbetween spots on the court. Also pops up in the mid-range and gaps against zone defense. Rebounded well in the clips for a guard, making contested “give me that” rebounds on the offensive end. Bednar is a prospect that has been undercovered on the site, but this footage points to a potential junior year breakout for powerhouse program, Edmond North.
