After averaging over 22 points per game in the high school season, the Holy Angels sophomore has continued that trend in AAU. Lima, a 5’10 combo guard, has been a scoring threat for Crossfire all spring, but really took things up a notch in May with 57 points at the AAU state tournament and 64 at Live at the Lakes. Smooth in her movements and effortless in her elevation, Allie can score from anywhere on the floor. She consistently hits shots from beyond the arc, and gets to the rim with an explosive burst of speed, often finishing through contact in the process. Add in her crafty handle on the ball and high energy defense, and Lima becomes one of the most exciting 2028s to watch.

Lima is a versatile performer with length, skill, and toughness. She followed up last year’s breakout at the Freshmen Showcase with a strong high school season, averaging 12 points per game with a season-high of 31. At the Sophomore ID Camp she showed the same versatility – rebounding hard, handling pressure, and hitting shots as needed. A smart, poised player with strong ball skills, Lima uses IQ and competitiveness for consistent impact. Her blend of shooting, toughness, and versatility makes Allie intriguing.

We didn’t know much about Allie when she showed up last fall at the Freshman Showcase, but she left a positive impression. This winter Lima broke through at the varsity level in a big way. Now 5’10, with a long, lean frame, Allie demonstrated that she is skilled, aggressive, and can bomb it from beyond the arc when the look is available. She’s a quality ball handler who can withstand pressure, too. Lima averaged 12 ppg for Holy Angels this winter as a freshman, 2^nd best on the team, and had a 31-point game late in the season.
