and Carroll County have been rolling this year. The Elon committ has been the most significant reason Carroll County has been so good, and Maxpreps has them listed as the 7th best team in the state. Alyssa has had some monster performances, like a school-record 47-point performance in a win over Orange Park and a 44-point performance in a win over Honaker. Alyssa’s defensive intensity and well-rounded game have been on display all year. Carroll County’s strength of schedule isn’t great but make no mistake this is a really good team led by a really good player.

Alyssa is back at it again with another 40 point game performance! Last week she scored a career high of 43 and now she topped that with a 47 points 10 steals and 9 rebounds game! She broke a school single game scoring record and her team went 3-0 which she scored 30 & 31 points in the other two wins!

gets better and better whenever I see her play. She had a game in TFN’s Run 4 Roses where she scored 40 points in a competitive game against the Long Island Renegades. I wanted to make this list just of players that are risers or have helped their stock in July. Alyssa is one of the highest-ranked players in Virginia, and I still felt she needed to be here. Alyssa’s athleticism will allow her to take over games by forcing turnovers and getting to the rim. She can shoot and is tremendous in the paint. Alyssa wasn’t in the top 10 last year, and she has risen to 8 since then. Don’t be surprised if she is ranked higher at the start of her senior season.

It starts at the top and it starts with Alyssa, a highly skilled player with multiple offers who is still under recruited! Great size at 5’10 can create her own shot off the dribble and shoot the three off the dribble as well. Great athlete and a underrated defender that can defend on the perimeter at a high level and is a good shot blocker. Very competitive player with an edge to game that has proven to be a high level two way player!

was Saturday, I think her shooting flew under the radar. Alyssa does so many things well; her athleticism and overall energy sometimes take center stage over her ability to make tough jump shots. She has great range and made a bunch of tough threes all day.

. Coming into the day, I knew she was a phenomenal basketball player, and it was on full display the whole day. She thoroughly dominated the game on both ends in their second game against FBC Havoc 24. Alyssa defends hard and has a tremendous motor. She is a high-level athlete, so it helps her get to the rim and finish at difficult angles. She shot the ball from 3 well all day and showed why she’s one of the best players in Virginia.

fought until the end to give her team a chance to win the championship. Alyssa is a taller guard who does it on both ends of the floor. She can shoot it, finish strong around the basket, and get her teammates open. Having all these abilities clearly proves why she is now sitting with 9 high mid-major division 1 offers. However, Ervin is not satisfied and is looking to showcase her hard work and build her shock in what looks to be her last AAU live period!
