She was a little off shooting her jumper, but she did great work in the paint all game. Alyssa had a handful of game-sealing free throws late and finished with 22 points and 10 rebounds.

had a great day as a jump shooter. She had a lot of mid-range and knocked down a handful of threes. Alyssa did most of her work catching and shooting, and was a big threat picking and popping. Her touch is fantastic, and you see that on her shorter mid-range shots, which often get nice bounces. She finished with a game-high 26 points in a Heritage win.

dominated for Heritage this year in their state title-winning season. I knew a little about Alyssa heading into the year, but after watching her more, there were not many players who raised their stock to me more than her. Alyssa dominated in the state final, which capped off an amazing year for her. She racked up double-doubles and was a big part of one of the best defenses in NOVA.
