Brown was another of the high-profile transfers as the 2025-26 campaign commenced. The Eagles of 4A Beaufort were already rising up the ranks but Brown’s addition allowed the Eagles to soar to a solid 21-5 season in addition to going a perfect 10-0 to win its region. Brown would wear the Eagles’ signature dark green hue on 23 occasions while averaging 15.8 points, 4.9 rebounds and three steals per contest. Brown’s play was a major factor in getting the Eagles to this past season’s 4A Lower State semifinals. She was one of three juniors on this past season’s Beaufort team and is a multi-sport athlete who also competes in soccer and track.

The Eagles of 4A Beaufort are a different team when she is on the court as opposed to when she is on the bench. Her Tuesday evening concluded with a 21-point performance against the Bishops. Brown began her evening by displaying how accurate she can be from the corner with a couple of 3-point attempts. Opposing teams have to game plan for the havoc she can also cause on defense and she understands the art of finding attacking lanes to the rim. Brown also understands when the times are right to attack and when to pass. Brown’s addition to the Eagles roster prior to the start of the season has paid dividends all 2025-26 long for Beaufort.

Brown joining the Eagles’ nest at 4A Beaufort has paid dividends as evidenced by the Eagles’ 14-4 record as of this writing. On Jan. 20, she became a member of the 1,000-point club as she helped Beaufort achieve victory over her former team – Bluffton – in a 76-51 decision. Brown put together an 18-point, eight-steal performance against the Bobcats. She has played in 15 games this season for the Eagles and is second on the team in scoring. Brown is averaging 14.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.5 steals per contest. Brown has also played soccer throughout her athletic career and has played basketball at the varsity level since she was a seventh grader.

Brown has become accustomed to wearing green uniforms for much of her career. Sporting a new shade of green, she showcased that her game may be meaner than ever as she placed 23 points on the board against defending 5A Division 2 state champion Berkeley. As the matchup with the Stags went on, Brown got in a groove and put a crooked number on the scoreboard. She is a ferocious rim attacker that can put points on the scoreboard from all three levels. Brown does not shy away from contact as she knows it can place her at the free throw line. She is also a skilled runner of the floor understands when to attack and when to pass. Unfortunately for Brown, she had to exit the contest late in the third quarter due to an injury.

When watching Brown play this winter, she will still wear a green uniform – except the name on said threads will say “Beaufort” or “Eagles” instead of “Bluffton” or “Bobcats.” Brown is a two-sport athlete who has showcased her talents on the basketball court and on the soccer pitch. She competed in 19 games last season at Bluffton and averaged a double-double of 14.4 points and 10.1 rebounds per game. The Beaufort team she joins had a record of 16-9 last season and the addition of Brown could be what the Eagles need to take that next step in a very competitive 4A field.

Brown’s Bluffton assembling may not have achieved the result it was looking for by virtue of the 40-34 defeat to May River. She still put together a winning performance by tallying 19 points to lead all Bobcats scorers. Her ball handling skills and ability to organize an offense in a halfcourt set are attributes of a one and her willingness to attempt long-range jumpers means she can be placed in a lineup as a two. Opponents have to game plan for Brown not only on offense but also on defense. Brown is a ferocious defender who can certainly reject plenty of opponent’s shots in the paint.

Brown a left-handed guard plays down in the Lowcountry for the Lady Bobcats. Amirah good range out to the perimeter and a willingness to make the 3-ball. Brown a shooting guard averaged 9.1 ppg last season as an 8th grader for the Lady Bobcats (19-6).
