Mann was once again an important piece in establishing Daniel as one of the teams to beat in the 4A ranks. The Lions finished with a robust 25-2 record and advanced to the Upper State semifinals. The only regular season contest where Daniel was in the loss column was a one-point defeat to 5A Division 1 Byrnes at the Red Raider Thanksgiving Invitational hosted by 5A Division 2 Greenville. Mann would wear a Lions uniform on 26 occasions this past season and would average 11.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.9 rebounds and 2.8 steals per game last season. Mann's Lions are set to return to 3A beginning with the 2026-27 season.

Last season would see 5A Division 1 Ridge View look to former 4A Lower Richland coach Aaron Lucas to assume the reins with the Blazers after Terrence Gibson left for 4A Brookland-Cayce. It was only fitting one of Lucas' former Diamond Hornets would follow him to View County. Foster helped propel the Blazers to a second-place finish in its region – only behind a Blythewood team that repeated at 5A Division 1 state champions. Foster would average 7.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.4 steals per game. The 5-foot-8 combo guard was one of four from Ridge View's 2027 class on this past season's Blazers roster.

Freeman's play ensured Gray had plenty to say in 2025-26. Not only did Gray Collegiate conclude the 2025-26 season with a record of 22-6, the War Eagles finished second in its region behind 4A champion North Augusta. Freeman would take to the court in 26 of the team's 28 games in 2025-26 and averaged 9.9 points, 3.6 steals, 3.3 assists and 3.2 rebounds per game.
Speaking of teams to beat throughout the Palmetto State, that status certainly applied to Dorman. Moore saw playing time for a Cavaliers team in all 26 of its games – the team finished with a 21-5 record. She averaged 13 points, 3.7 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 2.9 steals per contest. Moore helped a Cavaliers team that went a perfect 14-0 in region along with making a run to the 5A Division 1 Upper State semifinals in 2025-26. The Dorman assembling she was part of this past season included five juniors and one can expect for Moore to be even more of a featured player in 2026-27 considering Dorman is graduating four seniors.

Brown was another of the high-profile transfers as the 2025-26 campaign commenced. The Eagles of 4A Beaufort were already rising up the ranks but Brown's addition allowed the Eagles to soar to a solid 21-5 season in addition to going a perfect 10-0 to win its region. Brown would wear the Eagles' signature dark green hue on 23 occasions while averaging 15.8 points, 4.9 rebounds and three steals per contest. The Wildcats did not encounter the same success in the 2025-26 tournament but still put together a solid season in large part because of McKinnon's stellar play. McKinnon would play in all 26 games this past season for Dillon while averaging 18.5 points, 6.1 rebounds, 5.3 steals and 4.3 assists per contest.
One of the four 2027s on this past season's 5A Division 1 Ridge View team, Robinson was also part of the winning formula for first-year Blazers coach Aaron Lucas that propelled Ridge View to that 15-8 record and that runner-up region finish. Robinson would wear a Ridge View uniform on 22 occasions this past season and would average seven points and just over a steal per game. She possesses even more experience than the typical 2027 considering she has played at the varsity level since she was a seventh grader. At one point during the season, Robinson secured an in-state offer from Columbia College.
