She was very impressing displaying instincts and handled the responsibility of running the offense well and getting the ball where it needed to go. She controlled tempo in stretches and made smart decisions with the ball- she passed well and showed she could shoot the midrange, connect on the three, and get to the rim. Pearson competed on both ends. The ability to lead, stay under control, and create opportunities for teammates made her one of the better under-the-radar guards in attendance.

Her offensive shot is still developing, but she can knock down the jumper to compliment her float game and penetration to the rim. Pearson delivers the same energy on the defensive end and impacts that side of the court with her pressure and turnovers.
