Anna Kate Chance Anna Kate Chance 5'11" | SF Hoggard | 2026 State NC has been “firing on all cylinders” as they say making sure she is constantly moving on the court to make a play whether she is cutting for the pass or jumping in front of passing lanes to grab the steal.  She follows shots on both ends being able to grab rebounds and go back up with the offensive boards or push the tempo the other direction when grabbing a defensive board.  She scores on multiple levels using her quickness to create some space and put up her shot.

AK Chance has had a strong past year with both her teams performing at a high level truly doing a little bit of everything for her team.  She gets to the basket being aggressive with the ball, and she knows how to attack the gaps making defenders collapse to get the pass to her teammates.  She reads the floor well knowing when to roll off of screens for the pass, and she follows shots going after rebounds.  She keeps her motor running high on defense moving all around the court looking to deflect the pass to cause some problems for her opponents.  

Anna Kate Chance Anna Kate Chance 5'11" | SF Hoggard | 2026 State NC did well cutting backdoor to find the opening and score her points at the basket.  She can knock down her shot from deep, too.  She handles the ball well under pressure always keeping her eyes peeled for the next best play.  She had a nice shot block late in the game as her opponents were trying to get back in it.

Anna Kate Chance Anna Kate Chance 5'11" | SF Hoggard | 2026 State NC (Team KMA) was scoring well at the rim off of turnovers where she jumped in front of passing lanes to grab the steal.  She did well scoring off the dribble, too, making her move and pulling up for the midrange jumper.  She had a quick close out around the perimeter blocking shots with ease.

AK Chance is a difference-maker on the court. She can knock down the outside shot, she can drain a midrange jumper, or she can shoot a passing lane and score in transition. She is a versatile player who makes the best play for her team each possession. Chance is a willing passer and a fantastic teammate who plays hard for the Vikings. Chance can also dominate the boards. She currently leads her team in rebounds per game.

When her shot is taken away, she is a good passer who can find her open teammates. Chance is a talented basketball player who wants to win. She is a competitor who will do what it takes for her team to win the game.

Anna Kate Chance Anna Kate Chance 5'11" | SF Hoggard | 2026 State NC anticipates passes well on defense being able to jump in front of her opponents grabbing the steal and immediately pushing it up the court.  She rebounds well on the other end, and she knows exactly how to get an offensive play going even off a defensive board.  On offense, she isn’t just an inside threat as she can certainly set herself up around the perimeter knocking down three pointers easily for her teams.
