About Anna

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

i like to be able to catch and shoot from a pass, like to push ball up the court, i love to play defense and like to trap and play full court press

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I love to have an open mindset, i try and get rid of a mistake as soon as it happens I don’t like it to hang over my head the rest of the game

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

student council, young life, FCCLA, FBLA

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am always positive on the court and try and motivate players that are down on them selves and pick them up to encourage them to drive or shoot the ball when they aren’t confident enough in themselves. I always try and put a smile on everyone’s face.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I rolled my ankle in the state basketball game and got out in a boot when we got back from the tournament and now might need to get surgery to clean out the cartilage in my ankle.

What type of college are you looking for?

I thought that if I didn’t get a basketball scholarship, I would go to a 2 year college for their radiology technician, sonography, or be a physical therapist assistant.
