The Shanley Deacons will look a lot different in 2026-2027 with some graduation, roster adjustments, and a new head coach. Yablonski is in the perfect position for a breakout season next year. Annie has next-level athleticism. She is quick for her size and is physically strong. She is a fantastic athlete and tall, standing at 5’10. Having a tall guard who can see over smaller defenders is a luxury for a coach. Annie is also a serviceable offensive threat. She can use her strength to get to the basket but can also step out and hit the three. I am looking forward to seeing how good of a year Annie can have next season.

Annie worked her way into the starting lineup about halfway through the regular season. She is an intriguing prospect due to her size and athletic ability. She stands at 5’10 and is more than capable of handling the ball. She plays about half the game at the point and the other half off of the ball. She isn’t fazed by full-court pressure and plays off of two feet. She hustles after offensive rebounds and keeps possessions alive. She boxes out hard on the defensive end and can defend either guards or posts. She is trusted to play at the end of games due to her excellent decision making. Yablonski has potential to be a very good prospect.
