Arhianna Richardson shot the three-pointer very well, and her shooting came from the point guard position while running the show as the team’s floor general. She shot it well in transition, and sometimes the ball rotated back to her or came from out of the post. Richardson didn’t disappoint. Her three-point shooting was pure, and she shot it from all angles and deep behind the palms. Richardson also played solid defense and made the opposing point guard work hard. Her combination of point guard leadership, defensive pressure, and shot-making from deep made her one of the premier performers in the 15U Division.

Richardson brings a fearless mentality with her to every game that she is involved in. She displays this by attacking the rim and going directly at defenders. Opposing teams have to be on the lookout for what she can get accomplished behind the 3-point line as she is very likely to attempt – and connect on – her 3-point tries, displaying how offensively versatile she can be. The contact she draws can also gives her a number of opportunities at the free throw line. Her team mostly had a rough weekend at this weekend’s Peach Games but she managed to make winning plays from start to finish.

A’Rhianna’s quickness stood out right away on Sunday. She hit multiple 3’s with a nice looking stroke from deep which made her shot fake more effective to get around her defender. In transition, she made some nice passes in 2 on 1 situations by baiting the defender and dropping it off to her teammate for easy buckets.
