A very smooth combo guard that just plays with a calmness about her. Great length for a 5’10 guard. Quick feet and good body controlled allowed her to continually get by her defender. Attacked the rim with head reading the next level of defense. Smooth pull jumper in the mid range with a lot of lift releasing at top of jump.
Impressive player that kept catching my eye with her quick first step getting by her defender. A 2026 to keep an eye on this summer.

Smooth guard, who looked the part with her handles and passing. Has a gliding movement profile, which makes it look easy when pushing the ball, driving to the hoop or crossing up an opponent. Good vision, complete with misdirection from her eyes to move the defense around and still hit an open teammate. Wasn’t her day as a scorer, but still saw a lot to like with her combination of size, movement and skill level.

Vidales is diverse talent on both ends of the floor. A quick, smooth stroke highlights her shooting; quick hands defensively; and smarts and speed in her transition play. Vidales is a lengthy, matchup. She moves into space well reacting off teammates’ play to catch and stroke the quick, perimeter shot with no wasted movement. She also will hit the step-back three off a couple dribbles. Vidales has good speed, runs transition lanes well and has quick hands to pick ball handers with. Up 2 spots to #9. In June she competed in the FIBA AmeriCup in Columbia as part of Mexico’s U18 National Team. In May she also competed at the NBA Without Borders event in Brazil. Moving up 3 spots to #9 Vidales holds offers from from Wichita State, UMKC and New Mexico State.
