The senior LMU commit passed the 1,000 mark for her career this weekend.  She’s been a rock solid scorer throughout her carer, but is also a great example of a player that didn’t rely on her scoring to get a big time scholarship.  Laney has always played the right way, played unselfishly, is a gritty defender, great teammate….and naturally the 1,000 points is a by product of going through the process successfully. Well done young lady!

The LM committee has also been a key member of Sevier County’s success story.  The senior goes a bit unheralded at times, but if you know the game, you she what she’s providing.  She a really nice, intuitive scorer and high level shooter that will always give you at least ten point, but can go off for twenty at time.  Again, Laney is just another example of what makes this team so dangerous.  They’ve got 3 legit scorers, with 2 more kids that are really valuable contributors.  Their roster is DEEEEEP.

Laney (Sevier Co) is a recent Lincoln Memorial commit.  She’s the perfect highly-skilled, multi-faceted guard for the college game.  Valuable contributor on both ends.  Rebounds well from the guard spot.  Underrated passer.
