earned her spot on the H-Town Havoc All-Tournament Team after showcasing the polished offensive game that has made her one of the state’s top young prospects. She is a natural scorer with a smooth, effortless jumper, does a great job of creating contact, and consistently gets to the free throw line. Dorsey has all the tools to develop into one of the top players in the state and a name that college coaches will be keeping a close eye on in the future. Playing up in the 15u division Dorsey averaged 13 ppg, including a team high 16 points in the semi-final match up.

Aubriana brings a skilled and silky smooth game to the court when she’s in action. As she adjusted to the physicality of playing up in the 15u division, she clearly showed why she is viewed as one of the top players in the state. Dorsey is a true scorer that has a nice release on her jumper and finds ways to draw fouls and absorb contact. As she continues to grow and improve her athleticism she truly could be one of the top players in the state that draws college interest down the road.

Dorsey’s basketball IQ is beginning to click at the right time. Yes, the length immediately stands out, but what’s even more impressive is her ability to read defenses and use changes of pace and direction to keep defenders off balance. She doesn’t just rely on athleticism — there’s growing intentionality behind her movement and decision-making. Her quickness paired with her length makes her dangerous, especially when she’s attacking space and creating separation off the bounce.

Dorsey has also been evaluated by@playerrimedies as well as me, see evaluations here yet in most recent article, I stressed again how important “on the court” progression was for me, so seeing her understanding how to set the defender and blow by them in the blink of an eye to score was one thing, but her pull-up and “stop and pop” jumpers are placing her in another level

Dorsey continues to elevate her game each time I see her see evaluations here, and if you know me, you know I’m big about “on the court” progression and just watching her mannerisms in certain situations and not cracking a smile will play a part in how quickly she makes the transition. Her pull-up jumper, as well as her first step to attack and finish, are problems for defenders, but her “on the ball” pressure and playing the passing lane looked good

Dorsey grabbed my attention last season and @playerrimedies caught her later in the year see evaluations here so observing some of the things she’s added, seeing her not only create her shot from the outside but also show she could “catch and shoot” while being defended are good signs

Dorsey uses her length to secure rebounds with control, keeping the ball high to protect it from defenders. With her ability to push the ball in transition, she runs the floor well and can create opportunities on her own. Her length and athleticism make her a threat on both ends, whether finishing through contact, causing opponents to think twice about their shot selection, or finding teammates for easy baskets.

Dorsey is an athletic guard who uses her athleticism on both ends of the court. Her “on the ball” pressure helped to create turnovers, but she also created some by playing the passing lane. She used a slight HEZ to get the defender leaning so she could attack and finish
