Her quickness allowed her to cut off driving angles, stay in front of ball handlers, and disrupt offensive rhythm throughout the game. In a notable matchup against a talented opposing guard, Forney held her ground and competed at a high level from start to finish. She also ran the floor exceptionally well in transition, creating opportunities on both ends of the floor through effort and athleticism. As a combo guard capable of defending, handling, and contributing offensively in a variety of ways, Forney proved to be one of the more dependable and versatile backcourt players at the event.
