Steele showed signs of what she would become back in middle school, and seeing her go from primarily a back to the basket player to being able to not only score off the dribble from the wing but drop jumpers with a hand in her face speaks volumes about her work ethic and desire to get better see evaluations here

Steele has stole the show so many times and watching her go from primarily a “back to the basket” player to a legitimate scoring threat whenever and wherever she has the ball has been a treat yet her powerful finishes after contact around the basket and off the dribble have gotten better, so has her midrange. She also did a good job defending and rebounding

Steele was physical on both ends around the basket and set the tone early on what was coming as she powered her way to the basket off the dribble and scored around the basket. Her defense was solid, so was her midrange, plus she even went “coast to coast” to score

Steele moves up 6 slots to #38 and having not seen her in way over a year, her transformation had me rolling through the roster trying to see who she was. She’s added muscle and was overpowering both off the dribble, as well as around the basket to score. Her midrange looked good, and so did her court vision yet her rebounding and defense also stood out

Steele has changed both on and off the court and I didn’t know who she was until I looked at the roster. I hadn’t seen her in a couple of seasons but she’s stronger and more athletic so watching her finish strongly after contact, at times acrobatically, off the dribble had me smiling. Her midrange has gotten better, and her defense, in and outside the paint was solid, and she went after everything off the rim
