About Ayla

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to attack the basket, shoot the the 3, block shots and play hard defense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am passionate about playing basketball and focused on trying to be better today than I was yesterday. I have dealt with adversity and it has made me stronger and more resilient as a player. I am coachable, a team player and have a desire to maximize my potential.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I was apart of National Junior Honors Society. That’s has all I have been apart of though.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed teamwork through basketball. I have learned that working together is an important part of life which u have to do outside of the basketball court.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

As I first started playing I faced a lot of adversity which I still face even now. I also recently had to face a injury which took me out of a important part of my aau season.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that i can play basketball at a high level with a good education to help me with my future.
