Arnold is a competitor and had positive energy and vocal leadership on the court and on the bench. She had a strong presence on defense, on and off the ball. She’s a hustle player who closed out, contested, blocked, boxed out, rebounded, hunted passes, and won the loose ball. She had nice, strong takes and multiple athletic finishes at the rim. She hit from three. The kid consistently works hard. Ayla’s West Linn squad went 2-0 on the day, defeating a fellow West Linn squad 20-12 and a Mountainside squad 21-15.
