About Azaria

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am known for my incredible athleticism, I’m a tall, lengthy guard who excels in rebounding and finishing around the rim. I’m a very high percentage three point shooter and a tenacious defender.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I always have a mindset to win all games. I love playing defense and my mentality is to always go 150 percent every time. I always see what I could’ve did better after every game either I win or lose.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I played travel ball with BBB ELITE this past summer. I have received all A’s honor roll, and A’s and B’s honor roll.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I developed teamwork and leadership skills.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced challenges in a playoff game against JL Mann but I had to step up as a freshman and beat the challenges.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that will help me develop who I am as a player every year to get better. Also, to always challenge and push me.

Sims, a Team Goodson notable from the weekend’s event, was one of the names we at Prep Girls Hoops remember from the SC Live Team Camp that took place two months ago at Riverview Park in North Augusta. She concluded her 2025 grassroots season with BBB Elite 2027 E40. She has a high basketball IQ and knows how to get herself in position to make the right plays at the right times. Listed at 5-foot-6, she can give a team worthwhile minutes as either a one or a two. When she attacks the rim, she can do so by either going the full distance to the basket or by connecting on a floater. Sims put together a notable season for 5A Division 2 Spartanburg last season, averaging 10.2 points, 3.3 rebounds and two steals a game for the Vikings.
