About Bahja
Expert Analysis
Michael Crum-Stowe | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Bahja is a true offensive weapon, capable of scoring in virtually every way imaginable. Whether it’s pulling up for a shot off the dribble or catching and firing from the perimeter, she does it all with confidence and precision. When defenders try to stay in front of her, she uses her quickness and agility to blow past them and attack the rim aggressively, getting downhill for high-percentage layups. Bahja is also a force in transition, using her speed and court awareness to capitalize on fast-break opportunities and put easy points on the board. Her versatility and scoring ability make her a nightmare to defend and a crucial part of any offense she’s on.

For a two-day tournament, the first day typically can be a tone-setter for the second. Now Elite 15U eventually prevailed as 15U champions, but its trek to become the last team standing among the 2028 field began the previous day. Williams would score 12 points in a 55-48 victory over All Alabama 15U. Included in that 12-point performance were eight that she placed on the scoreboard in the first half. Williams displayed her ability to score from all three levels and also stayed mostly clear of the referee’s whistle in that matchup as she was only called for one personal foul. Defense and transition play are other positive attributes she possesses.

In many ways, Now Elite 15U unleashed a three-headed monster that gave All Alabama 15U all it could handle and then some. Williams added 12 points to that effort which earned the 55-48 victory over its in-state adversaries. A noteworthy standout from 7A Enterprise, Williams made her presence particularly known in the first half as she had eight of her 12 points. Among those eight first half points were a pair of made 3-pointers. Collecting steals is another element of her overall game – as is getting to the free throw line. Last season’s Enterprise team concluded their season having gone 18-8. She is listed at 5-foot-8.
