About Bailey

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Bailey is a physical, high-IQ post player who brings strength, agility, and sharp footwork to every matchup. At 5’10”, she’s a strong presence in the paint, finishing through contact and creating space for teammates. Known for her lockdown defense, quick lateral movement, and ability to crash the boards, she dominates on the glass and holds her own against both post players and quicker guards.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Praised for her coachability and work ethic, Bailey is eager to learn, adapts quickly, and gives 100% every game. Her mentality is simple: play hard, stay focused, and do whatever it takes to help her team win.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Bailey is a straight-A student involved in Beta Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Drama Club. She also plays volleyball and competes in shot put and discus, where she's ranked top 5 in Tennessee and top 75 in the U.S. for the Class of 2030. Her all-around commitment reflects her discipline and drive both on the court and in the classroom.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Bailey’s leadership shows in how she communicates on the court — she takes pride in calling out defensive rotations and keeping her team energized. She leads with hustle and positivity. Off the court, she brings the same mindset to the classroom and community, staying active in Beta Club and Fellowship of Christian Athletes as a well-rounded student-athlete and team player.

Harding is a back to the basket post player that is a double double gem. She knows how to pinpoint the rebounds and finish through the contact. Knows how to get to the free throw line and capitalize when she gets there. A player that runs rim to rim and puts pressure on the defense. Great passer.
