She plays under control and is incredibly unselfish, always looking to get her teammates involved and keep the offense flowing. Bayley handles defensive pressure with composure and has impressive speed with the ball in her hands, making her a tough cover in transition and in the half-court.

Bayley has been the go-to person for Bath County. She leads the team in points (16.4) and in rebounds (5.6) so far. Bayley is really fast and she excels at slashing to the rim. She has made the most of trips to the stripe this season converting at a 76% rate. Bayley also displays tremendous instincts the defensive end and has shown a knack for getting steals.

She is making a contribution on both ends of the floor, averaging 12.1 PPG, 3.4 RPG along with several assists and multiple steals. French excels in transition and she knows how to make herself available, using her speed her to get up the court in a hurry. She is also a tenacious defender and a streaky shooter from three that can light it up when she has the hot hand. She has several games with 15+ points including a 20-point game in late December against Pendleton County where she shot 60% from the field.
