Macy stepped up in a major way in a hard-fought matchup against Pulaski County last week, pouring in a team-high 26 points, grabbing nine rebounds, and shooting an efficient 71% from the field. She followed that performance with 16 points in a lopsided win over Casey County, where she also secured her 500th career rebound.

Macy is a multi-sport standout at Rockcastle County who made a major impact on the hardwood this past season. She averaged 16.6 points per game and led the Lady Rockets in rebounding with 7.2 boards, playing a key role in their 25-win season, district title, and regional championship game appearance. A versatile guard/wing, Macy has a nice blend of size, length, and athleticism that allows her to contribute on both ends. She’s an efficient mid-range and three-point shooter, finishes well through contact, battles on the boards, and has excellent timing as a shot-blocker. Macy also brings leadership and a competitive edge to the floor.

AAU Team: Arctic Rush

Spivey is a big guard at 5’11 and averaged 17 points and 7 rebounds this season for Rockcastle. Macy is a good shooter but can also attack off the bounce or is comfortable posting up smaller guards when the opportunity comes. With her size, Spivey is able to rise up and shoot over smaller defenders as well. Definitely a player to track this summer.

She had an incredible performance with 30 points and 10 rebounds, shooting 76.5% from the field against Madison Southern. Then, in a game against Garrard County, she exploded for 43 points, 8 rebounds, 6 steals, and 3 blocks, while shooting 69.2% from the field. What a powerhouse!

Macy Spivey Macy Spivey 5'11" | SG/SF Rockcastle County | 2026 State KY is back on the floor and has been a key contributor for Rockcastle County this season. She is second in points per game (12.0) and the teams leading rebounder (6.4). Macy put up a double-double in the first game of the season with 19 points and 10 rebounds in a win over South Laurel. She also had a team-high 19 points and 8 rebounds against Madison Southern yesterday at the White, Greer, Maggard Holiday Classic. The Lady Rockets are 5-3 on the season.
