She used a crossover, spin dribble combo move to get the driving edge, absorbed contact while maintaining her balance, then finished with a soft and-one layup with her left off the glass. Brooklynn completed the three-point play at the line. She worked inside for rebounds, scored a putback, and sprinted the floor for a transition catch and finish. Brooklynn has the versatility to play inside and outside. She’ll be a great addition to a college program.

On the glass, she battled hard and came away with numerous rebounds, while offensively she did an excellent job sealing defenders and creating strong positioning around the basket. Brooklynn added a corner three-pointer to her scoring mix and showed her versatility by taking on point guard duties during the championship game, handling defensive pressure with confidence and displaying strong ball-handling skills. Her toughness and ability to contribute in a variety of areas stood out throughout the games.

Brooklynn, competing with Team Shock at the P2W Headliners Invitational Showcase, proved to be a versatile threat with the ability to impact the game both inside and on the perimeter. On the glass, she was consistently active, securing multiple offensive rebounds while doing the little things like boxing out every possession. Defensively, Brooklynn stood out with her communication and awareness, constantly talking and organizing while locking in as a strong on-ball and team defender. Her high basketball IQ and all-around effort made her a steady and reliable presence throughout.

Brooklynn, a junior forward for Kent City, is putting together a standout season with her strong, versatile play in the paint. Defensively, she’s disciplined and active, making life difficult for opposing forwards. Offensively, she finishes effectively in the paint and has made noticeable strides with her perimeter shot. After standing out at multiple fall events and showcasing steady growth, Brooklynn appears primed for a breakout season with Kent City.

Brooklynn works hard and contributes to the team’s success in every category. She was a Top Performer and has been selected to the All-Showcase Second Team.

Brooklynn proved that making the right plays and playing unselfish basketball can make you one of the most impactful players on the court. She was the most effective screener in the gym and that led to many open looks for teammates. Brooklynn set a perfect down screen that led to an important three-pointer for her team. She was an active rebounder and a great defender. Brooklynn walled up on a drive to force a travel, finished a jump stop with a step-through layup, and added a left-handed finish off two feet. She was a Top Performer and all-around difference maker for Team 3 at the PGH Expo.

Brooklynn, playing for Kent City, stood out at the Ferris Team Camp for her grit and determination in the post. On a guard-heavy roster, she takes on the tough assignment of defending opposing post players, and despite being undersized, she battles hard and makes scoring in the paint a challenge. Offensively, she did a great job sealing defenders to establish position and finished effectively around the rim. Brooklynn was relentless on the boards, grabbing several offensive rebounds and drawing contact often—earning plenty of trips to the free throw line. Her toughness and effort made a big impact throughout camp.
