There are plenty of reasons why I am excited about the state tournament this weekend, seeing her play in person for the first time is up near the top of the list. Averaging over 20 per game, Cali is a player who can do whatever it takes for her team to success. She is a scorer, able to do well on the boards and can defend. She earned a chance to play at the next level.

She can shoot the ball way beyond the arc, can even catch and pop the rock. Excellent at predicting passes and making steals in transition, with her quickness it’s very hard to stop her. With her length, she is a rebounding machine and is a pest on the defensive end. A three-point specialist who loves the corner three!!

She can shoot from anywhere on the floor, but notably from behind the three-point line. Excellent at predicting passes and stealing in transition. She is a rebounding machine with her length, and she can seal her defender well to score. I like her playing technique and how she uses her body to score. Jumps from number 32 to 31 in the rankings. verbally committed to St. Francis, had D1 offers but wanted to stay close to home.
