Hales is a prospect that has grown on us over the years because of her steady improvement. She has always been equipped with impressive hand-eye coordination and a calculated demeanor but now she is really coming into her own as someone who can control the outcome of a contest when the rock is in her possession. Right now Gilbert High School asked a lot out of Hales as a top notch scorer, passer, defender, rebounder, and teammate. At the next level it’ll become a lot more simple when her main duties will be to control the game’s tempo and make everyone else around her better as a distributor.
