Both Oliver twins at Greenwood decided to head to Erskine College for their college careers. She also was another key factor in the Eagles’ run to the 5A Division 2 Upper State championship this season. As Greenwood prepares for its second-round postseason clash with Nation Ford, the Falcons need to find a way to contain Oliver as she has been another of the team leaders in scoring. She is averaging 12.2 points per game. Oliver is the Eagles’ leader in assists as she has dished out 4.9 dimes per contest and is tied with her twin sister in steals (3.8 per matchup). 

Coach Reid Walling and Spartanburg Methodist extended an offer to both Oliver twin sisters. She too is returning to Greenwood for her senior season. Oliver and the rest of her Eagles will be competing throughout the 2025-26 season with an “unfinished business” mindset following its 5A Division 2 Upper State championship (and 18-10 record) from the 2024-25 campaign. She also played on the club circuit over the spring and summer with FBC Next Up SC Lady Wolves. Oliver sported Greenwood’s black and gold on all 28 occasions last season and averaged 9.2 points, 4.6 assists, four rebounds and 3.5 steals. 

Oliver is more the traditional point guard of the two sisters. She also secured an offer from Wesleyan and also concluded her travel career with FBC Next Up SC Lady Wolves. Oliver also wore Greenwood’s signature black and gold colors in all 28 games the Eagles played last season and she averaged 9.2 points, 4.6 assists, four rebounds and 3.5 steals in those matchups. Her play was integral in Greenwood’s run to the 5A Division 2 championship game after moving up in reclassification from 4A. Oliver will ensure the Eagles are a team to beat once again in 2025-26. 

We move a bit further south in the Upstate to Greenwood – 5A Division 2 Upper State champions from last season. Oliver landed her latest offer from Montreat and its coach Jamie Moore. Oliver is more the point guard among the Eagles’ twin sister act. She is coming off playing her final AAU season with FBC Next Up Lady Wolves. Standing at 5-foot-5, Oliver averaged 9.2 points, 4.6 assists, four rebounds and 3.5 steals in the 28 games she played last season. Greenwood had a successful offseason that is sure to continue the heightened expectations on Cokesbury Road. 

As is the case with Parks, the same applies to Oliver that she is experiencing her final AAU season. She also played a massive role in that 56-45 victory that FBC Next Up SC Lady Wolves managed over LA Hoops Basketball Club 2026 NE2K that day. Oliver is an efficient floor runner and plays more at the one than two but can display the shooting ability of a two guard. Her athletic career has also included soccer and she has played at the varsity level since she was an eighth grader. Oliver averaged 9.2 points, 4.6 assists and 3.5 steals last season for Greenwood en route to the 5A Division 2 state championship game. 

One had to believe offers would roll for the Oliver twins of Greenwood – last season’s 5A Division 2 Upper State champions. Denmark Tech has both of them on its radar. Defensively, Oliver will help out on double teams and can match an opposing ball carrier step for step and move for move. She also knows how to connect from either long range or midrange. Point guard is where Oliver primarily operates from. Her speed and court vision are massive lifts to a team making transition plays and she understands when to distribute the ball and when to score. As last season’s 5A Division 2 runners-up, unfinished business will be a mantra for the Eagles this coming season. 

We begin in the Upstate with a look a pair of offers that came the way of 5A Division 2 Greenwood. Towards the conclusion of the month, Oliver received an offer from Denmark Tech. One of the events that she and her Eagles took part in throughout June was a one-day Play Day event at Pleasant Mill MS hosted by 5A Division 1 school Lexington. Oliver averaged 9.2 points, 4.6 assists, four rebounds and 3.5 steals per contest last season with the Eagles en route to a 5A Division 2 state championship berth. With the moves made by Greenwood over the offseason, Oliver could conclude her high school career with state hardware.
