The Northview shooting guard has the ability to stretch defenses with her outside shot while also showing confidence creating offense off the dribble. Her scoring instincts stand out immediately, especially in transition and in catch-and-shoot situations where she plays with great rhythm.

Schrader’s offensive versatility should be a major asset for Northview during summer play. She moves well without the basketball, understands spacing, and consistently finds opportunities to score within the flow of the offense. Defensively, she competes with energy and continues to improve as an on-ball defender. June could be a huge opportunity for her to showcase expanded playmaking ability while continuing to establish herself as a reliable scoring option for Northview heading into the season.

Carlee played well last Summer, but she had an outstanding 2025-2026 season, and she has carried that over into this Spring. She looked very active and aggressive yesterday, almost as if she was playing at another speed compared to the other girls in the game I saw. She has an athletic frame, good speed, and she can score the ball from all three levels or even handle it and initiate the offense. When you consider how hard she plays and the athletic talents she possesses, she can also be a high-level defender. I would anticipate she continues to raise her stock this Spring & Summer.

Carlee put together an outstanding season for Northview in 2025-2026, but I feel like her play began to elevate throughout the grassroots season in 2025. She is an athletic, versatile guard, who can play a multitude of roles for her team(s). She has the ability to handle it in transition and initiate the offense, plus she is a nice multilevel scorer. She can absorb contact and get to the rim, she can knock down an open rhythm jumper, plus she has a solid mid-range game. I feel like she has some similarities to 2026 Rensselaer Central grad-to-be Kamri Rowland Kamri Rowland 5'8" | SG Rensselaer Central | 2026 State IN .

After watching her multiple times this Spring & Summer, Carlee has really grown on me as a nice small college prospect. She has length, a wiry-strong, athletic frame, and she moves well in most directions. She likes to handle the ball some in transition and even start the offense at times, but I feel like she’s a much more effective scorer when she’s playing off the ball. She can knock down rhythm jumpers, plus she can score it through contact at the rim.
