About Christian

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I believe I am gritty on both sides of the floor, showing great love for the game while playing. I am confident in the things I do executing with a good pace to make the best decision. I am able to see the floor as a pointguard to find my open teamates. I can shoot and get down hill while being tough.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I believe in myself I know that I will make bad decisions sometimes I think I am kind and caring I love my family and the Lord

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Beta club member A&B Honor roll student

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I believe in serving my community through what God has ordained for me in my life. I have grown in my leadership skills on and off the court, just being able to help younger kids in every aspect. Teamwork is not only a big part of basketball but in life its that bond that you build where you can trust and depend on one another, and I belief that I matured in that over the past few years.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes in the state championship game for all-stars it felt as if we were going against both the team and the refs. It was hard physical but in order to push through you had to be a dawg and be mentally tough in order to succeed.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for D1 offers such as South Carolina, Tennessee, UCLA, Texas

When we eventually look back at breakout seasons among youngsters, Glenn has to be in that conversation. She displayed why on Tuesday when Southside Christian came from behind to earn a region victory over Southside Christian. Glenn tallied 15 points in the victory. The Sabres connected on four 3-pointers overall for the game. Two of those were courtesy of Glenn. She also managed to be very effective with her floater and was more than willing to draw contact to get to the free throw line. Glenn has played her club basketball with the Upward Stars 3SSB organization and it is safe to say she is just getting started.
