was a force on the block defending the basket blocking shots and grabbing steals. She runs the floor well being ready for the pass in transition, and she doesn’t back down from contact at the rim. She sees the floor well hitting her teammates with the pass to score some points for the team.

LaChapelle, a frontcourt force, is another of those seven seniors. While McIver may not have put a crooked number up for Southeast Alamance on the scoreboard, she greatly helped the Stallions’ efforts on the glass with nine rebounds. LaChapelle was particularly effective in limiting North Lincoln’s second-chance point opportunities with said rebounding prowess. She was also one that the Knights did not want to foul and place at the free throw line as LaChapelle was true on four of her six tries at the stripe. At 5-foot-10, one would expect LaChapelle to be on the winning end of many battles on the boards. Seven of those nine rebounds would happen prior to halftime.

can battle against anyone on the block using her quick feet and post moves to score. She isn’t scared to handle the ball driving to the basket scoring off of reverse layups banking it off the glass. Her ball fakes are sure to create some space opening up the basket for her to score. On the other end, she protects the basket blocking shots and grabbing rebounds.

does well using her screen setting to create an opening for herself. She times her cuts perfectly letting her teammate roll off her screen before exploding to the basket with her arm up high ready for the pass. Her height is an asset grabbing rebounds on both ends, and she is sure to find ways to block shots with players trying to attack the basket. She has a good range of post moves knowing how to feel where her defender is to get some points off the backboard.
