Crista is a player who checks a lot of boxes for her teams. Whether it’s scoring, rebounding or facilitating, Thacker can do it all. She’s capable of knocking down shots from range but needs to improve her overall shooting efficiency in her freshman season. One of the top freshmen in the 4th region, Thacker is a name to monitor moving forward.

Crista immediately showed off her three-point range in the 5v5 game I watched. She displayed a high basketball IQ, always seeming to be in the right place at the right time. She crashed the boards, made a nice pass ahead in transition, and found different ways to impact the game. With high expectations heading into her freshman season, I believe she’s more than capable of living up to them.
