One of the first things that stands out is how often her defense fuels her offense. Whether she’s forcing a turnover, jumping into a passing lane, securing a tough rebound, or outworking opponents for an offensive put-back, Daisy has a knack for turning effort into points. She seems to find herself in the middle of every key play, making winning plays that don’t always show up in the box score.

As a taller shooting guard, Daisy offers outstanding versatility. She finishes through contact with confidence, rebounds well on both ends of the floor, and isn’t afraid to battle against bigger, more physical players in the paint. She scored off the dribble, attacked the basket strongly, and finished the same way after contact, but her body control, as well as her deceptive move to also get to the basket, looked good. Another plus was seeing her go AFTA everything off the rim and hustle for loose balls

Walker is set to have a larger role on her team this season, showcasing her fundamental skills and high basketball IQ.
