West competes with relentless intensity and consistently leaves her mark on games through toughness and effort. Her ability to rebound at a high level stands out immediately, as she uses her strength, timing, and length to control the glass. Offensively, she can step out and knock down shots, but she’s especially effective operating from the high and low post areas. Her awareness and ability to quickly react defensively make her one of the more difficult players to attack consistently.

Natalie plays with great determination on the court, driven by an unwavering desire to win and willing to go to any lengths to achieve her goals. Her exceptional rebounding skills, utilizing her remarkable length and strength. While she possesses a consistent shooting ability, she excels when playing from the high or low post, demonstrating her efficiency. Natalie’s quick reading of opposing players allows her to make quick adjustments and recover effectively, making her a tough player to play on the court.

Natalie does it all on the court, showing grittiness and the want to win and do whatever it takes to win. She rebounds the ball at a high level, utilizing her length and strength to her advantage. She can knock down shots consistently but is more efficient when playing from the high or low post. She reads opposing players fast, being able to adjust quickly and recover well.

Natalie continues to get better and better on the court. She has been getting smoother on the offensive side of the ball, having great handles and a high IQ with or without the ball in her hands. She sets solid screens, being able to pick or pop off the screen and score at a smooth rate either way. I think she is a Division 1 talent and she will only continue to get better and better.

Natalie is a player who knows how to get buckets herself and also find her open teammates. West shoots the 3 very well, stretching the floor for her team. She sets solid screens as he can roll or pop after setting it. She plays off 2 feet in the paint, being able to finish through contact nicely. She had an exceptionally efficient weekend for Way to Win during the live period, making a name for herself.

Natalie was one of the highest rising platers in the state last year as Redmond had a fantastic season. West knows how to play hard, always doing the little things and being able to plat at 100% no matter what. She is strong in the paint and knows how to seal her defenders well and get the finish in the paint. She can also stretch the floor and sink threes when popping off screens or setting up on the wing.

Natalie showed big time improvement this season, steadily getting better and showing her ability to put the ball in the bucket. She earned all 2nd team in the 4A KingCo Mountain Division which is filled with talented players. She is just a sophomore and will see her game elevate even more this summer. She could be an early candidate for next seasons league MVP.

Natalie has been showing great improvement in all aspects on the court. She has been hustling hard, going 110% on both ends of the court and crashing the glass hard. West has been showing great footwork in the paint, getting herself open and having a soft touch around the rim. She absorbs contact well, being able to go through traffic and sink her free throws.

Natalie has been playing at a high level to start off her sophomore year, having some big performances already. West can play inside or out, having the height to matchup down in the post against opposing players. She moves like a guard, filling the lanes in transition smoothly. Against Mercer Island, she had 10 points and 18 rebounds.

Was a really effective perimeter player with exceptional size who showed good speed with the ball, an ability to stroke from long-range, and played a big role defending the interior. She was excellent in transition, pushing the pace and making good decisions, while also showing the ability to quickly decelerate, get balanced and score when defenders sat back.
