The senior is a popular name for Oklahoma JuCos, as she’s been offered this season by Redlands and Western Oklahoma. It’s easy to see why. She has ideal height and athleticism for the next level. And her improvements this season show she can play on or off the ball. While also mixing it up on defense. With her two way capabilities, she’s well set up for success at the next level. For now, she’s focused on helping Shawnee to their first State Tournament appearance since 2021.

It was a fantastic week for the skilled scoring guard. On a personal front, she not only earned MVP honors in Ada. She also picked up an offer from Western Oklahoma Community College. She’s a guard with good size, who plays even bigger because of her long wingspan. Shawnee is now 10-1 on the year, with them pulling off a 55-54 OT win over Class 6A Dee Creek on Saturday. The reward for work well done is the opportunity to do more. And for Rice and her Lady Wolves teammates that is true with a pivotal trip to Tulsa on Tuesday against Booker T Washington. If they win that, they are in the driver’s seat for the Class 5A District 3 crown.

Rice played her tail off on both ends of the court. Plays big by always having her hands and long arms up, recording lots of deflections, steals and even blocks. Point of attack defender too, steps out and stays with smaller guards on the perimeter. Consistent scoring throughout, mix of her quality shooting from deep. And scoring at the rim. Two way battler guard, who is among the better available 2026 prospects in Oklahoma.

Tall guard with a complete game. Shot it well from distance, and was impressed with handles and passing. Made life easier for her teammates with the way she read the court in transition and generally moved the ball. Rice looks to have done an excellent job of improving her all around game before her senior year.
With next level size, quality shooting and now combo guard type abilities, Rice is one of the top uncommitted prospects in Oklahoma.

. You need to understand always where this shooting guard is at on the court. It will be only a matter of time before she gets hot. The game I watched that just happened. A roughly figure but I would say in the last 7 minutes of the game she scored 14 points. Hit 4 in a row from deep and then a steal for a layup. A guard that does more than shoot as she brings a strong defensive presence to her squad. 2026 that would be a great addition to a program that likes to press and push the tempo

Up tempo shooting guard that can beat you on the fastbreaks with a coast-to-coast drive or just getting out filling the lane for a up the floor pass. Saturday Daley showed off the 3-point skill set she has in her bag. Moved great without the ball setting up the perfect angle for the inside out game. Not much wasted movement in her mechanics in her shooting motion. It is simply a catch and shoot. Daley got hot Saturday helping her team with a good run in the game I watched. Great size, athletic ability and can play shooting guard or small forward.

Rice played more on the ball and excelled on both ends of the floor. Starts on defense where her long arms, high activity level, and the deflections she racked up in the press. Attacked the deflected passes, often gathering up steals, leading to easy points for herself and her teammates. Especially with her willingness to pitch it ahead with outlets and other transition feeds. Good handles, uses her height and size advantage to protect the ball. Played through bumps and swipes from defenders. All while she played at her own pace. Showed some range from distance as well. Really good showing from a prospect who looks to be expanding her all around game.

Joined her teammate Megehee in hitting big time jumpers and being active on defense. Good vision in transition, making the smart and effective pitch aheads to create easy scoring opportunties. Long armed guard that can do a bit of everything and is forming a very strong one-two punch for a Wolves team looking to make a push in 5A.

A great 3 point shooter that does not need much space to get your shot off. The footwork and quick release makes her a player you must locate on defense. Nice mind range shot pull up when ran off the line makes her a player you must have a solid close out.
On defense she has quick hands and great lateral movement making it hard for other ball handlers to get by her. Excellent rebounder on defense that has recorded several double doubles this past season
Named First Team All District this past season.

Game Watched: Rogers, January 4th
It wasn’t the best scoring day for Rice in a double OT battle, but the pace and feel she plays with was still obvious. The second half and the first overtime was filled with good examples of her gliding ability to get to the rim and either draw fouls or finish. Not only as scorer, she plays with her head up in transition and made some good pitch ahead passes to teammates. After watching the full game, a quick check of her Hudl highlights showed multiple games where she had it going from distance. A promising sign for the skilled scoring guard.
