Great size and moves well for her frame. A player you want more from because the ability is clearly there. Strong, but she can continue improving her base and balance. A good passer and most effective when playing aggressively on offense. Needs to improve shooting consistency. Defensively, she gave Loyola’s top scorer problems with her mobility, discipline, and length. Her defensive versatility gave Rolling Meadows a major interior presence.

Grandberry is an exciting senior. Dalia can flat out score on the offensive end. She uses a nice bag of post moves to not only get to the rim, but fight through contact. Defensively, she uses her length to block shots and be a force in the paint.

If you haven’t seen Dalia yet, this is the summer to do it. There is no doubt she has been in the gym as she is stronger than I have ever seen. She moves with an incredible pace and fluidity for her solid 6’4″ frame. If you find her anywhere under the basket, you are guaranteed a bucket.

Grandberry, the 6’3″ sophomore, was a force in Friday night’s game. Dalia holds multiple offers from strong D1 programs. Dalia was the kindle to the fire in the Mustang win. She has an energizing bench presence and is wildly athletic for her height. Her voice is audible throughout the gym- pumping up her team whether on the court or on the bench. Her offensive rebound on a missed free throw with a putback won the game for the Mustangs in the last 5 seconds of the game.
