Dania has been an exciting forward prospect to watch throughout her high school career and she displayed all of the qualities that make her our number one power forward prospect in the 2025 class on Sunday at the Compound. Dania stole the ball away and hit a smooth pull-up jumper in transition and drove quickly to elevate way up for a layup. Dania blocked shots, scored several layups, and added an offensive rebound off two feet. One of her best plays was when she pushed the ball with her dribble full-court to score a strong layup through a defender off two feet in the paint. Dania has us on the edge of our seats to hear where she will be playing college ball following graduation!

McClain has been on a bit of a tear really for the last year. I’ve seen her a handful of time since last years PGH Expo, and she keeps impressing. She’s an athletic forward that can attack baseline and free throw line extended. McClain has a pretty touch on her jumper and can score athletically at the rim. She’s been rebounding at a high level and could average a double-double in high school ball.

Dania is an elite college prospect who used her length, athleticism, and determination to make a huge impact for South Lake on both sides of the court at Wayne State. She blocked many shots in the paint and showed great sportsmanship to help an opponent up after a play. Dania has the speed of a wing and pushed the ball off the glass for a full-court layup. She muscled her way through bodies with her drop steps to finish off two and high pointed shots off the rim for offensive rebound put-backs. Dania demonstrated her determination to win by driving full court in the closing seconds to draw a foul, then knocked down both free throws. She is a special forward prospect with the upside to develop into a wing.

2025 at the Cagers Invitational. She performed two highlight reel plays when she scored a 360 spin jump hook in the paint and elevated over her defender to convert an alley-oop pass. Dania flies down the floor in transition and has the control around the rim to finish full speed.

McClain had one of the best all around weekends of any player in the state. She was a highly influential forward for the Michigan Storm at the the WPA Bruins Tip Off. McClain was very impressive with her ability to attack the lane off the catch, take 2 dribbles and finish on the right side of the rim. It was like she was 2 steps ahead of the defense. McClain was great on both ends of the floor as well. She timed her opponents shots and sent them back with authority, usually not even letting the ball get in the air.

Dania elevated over a defender to catch and finish off a lob pass; she made a strong bounce pass off of a defensive rebound in transition. Dania put together a complete performance scoring 23 points with 8 rebounds and 9 blocks.
