Jones is a athletic, high motor guard that gives 100% on both ends of the floor. She is dynamic in transition and is at her best when she gets downhill with the basketball. She is a terrific finisher around the rim and shows good body control when scoring through contact. Jones is a remarkable rebounder for a guard and has a nose for the ball on defense that allows her to rack up several steals per contest. Jones reached 1,000 career points averaged a team-leading 16.6 PPG and was second in rebounder per game with 5.2 last season.

Moving up to 54th from 82nd in this update, Jones is having a really strong AAU season for the Louisville Lady Trojans and looks ready to break out in the 8th region next season. Jones really struggled from three last season and if she can get her averages up as a Junior, there’s no reason she can’t average over 15 points per game next season.
