Brinley continues to keep her foot on the gas pedal after a standout junior season (18ppg, 10rpg) for Ventura. Her rebounding dominance (#6 in total rebounds) was on full display in Phoenix last weekend. Brinley controls the boards game-in, game-out, even against elite size in the frontcourt. Fundamentally-sound forward who routinely boxes out. Very quick 2nd jump on the offensive glass. Has the motor, mobility, and aggressiveness to out-perform bigger, physical post players. Brinley plays with toughness. Versatile defender, elite rebounder, efficient scorer, and a team player with an undeniable impact on winning. Expect her recruiting to takeoff this summer. Brinley can play several roles depending on team needs.
