Shelton is a solid shooter who understands her role within the Lake Mary team. She crashes hard for rebounds, passes well under pressure, and of course will knock down the open shot. Her length and lateral quickness are great assets defensively as she’s able to apply pressure to ball handlers. Although her team did not end the game with a win, she proved why she is already receiving some interest from college coaches.
