I believe Rauch may be one of the more intriguing under-the-radar rising seniors in Wisconsin. She has the size and mobility to be a somewhat versatile defender, and as she gets more comfortable in a new setting, she has the potential to improve on the end of the floor, especially because of her length. However, there aren’t many perimeter threats with Rauch’s size in our state, and she may be one of the players I’m most interested in seeing how things play out for in the next handful of months.

The 6’0 wing from Port Washington is a versatile player on both ends of the floor. However, her length and ability to get her shot off quickly will translate to the next level. Rauch shot the ball well this past high school season with some volume and was as consistent as anyone could have hoped. I was also intrigued by her ability to create her shot off the dribble occasionally and by how she became more than a set shooter in her junior season.

Few wings have as much length as the Port Washington native. Rauch is around 6’0, give or take an inch, and can shoot over almost anyone. Rauch has plenty of physical tools and defensive versatility to catch the attention of a college coach or two at some point. There’s room to grow with the ball in her hands, but with the length and shooting, you can’t teach. I’ve been a fan of hers since I saw her a little over a year ago, and there’s a world where she could give teams in the North Shore fits. We’ll see how Port Washington plays this season, but I like what Rauch brings to the floor.

The potential is there for Rauch to become a productive player at the next level. She’s a rangy 5’11 wing with solid form on her perimeter shot and has an excellent pull-up jumper. There is room to expand to use her length to finish over defenders in the lane. Rauch also has a ceiling she may not even realize is there. Not only does she have a high ceiling on the offensive end, but I think defensively may be the most intriguing aspect of her game. The length and mobility are appealing, but if Rauch can put everything together, she could be an all-defense player in the North Shore.
