Now that the grassroots season has ended, we will spend a few days looking at some players who haven't announced their plans to play at the next level. Plenty of 2027 prospects have committed to programs around the country, and some 2028 prospects in Wisconsin and beyond have announced their plans to play at schools at the next level. That said, we will look at some players who have excelled this spring and summer and earned looks from college coaches.

The Port Washington wing has the frame to be a talented, versatile floor spacer on the offensive end. Rauch is comfortable with the ball in her hands and can make reads with it. I also think she could be an intriguing defender with her length and size. She has room to grow on that end of the floor, but a wing like her could be worth keeping tabs on for regional programs.

Since Richard got to campus at Platteville, she has been among the most consistent lead guards in Southwest Wisconsin and the state at large. She has always been a creative player who can get open looks for her teammates. There is also clear room for growth in her skill at the next level once she sees more mature defenders in college. There is a lot to like about what she could be and how she approaches each possession.

The Milwaukee area native is among the more athletic players in her class. Shill isn't the tallest guard you'll find, but her athletic tools allow her to play taller than her height, and she has the motor to compete on any floor she steps foot on. I think there is more to her game that we may not see until she reaches the next level because there is so much room for her to grow, but when she's on the floor, plenty will jump out to anyone who sees her play.

The Kimberly guard had some significant injury issues she's battled through, but looked like a new player toward the end of the summer, to the point where I didn't even recognize her. Fulcer looks like a physical kid with some skill to her game with her 16U Lakers UAA team. She has the physicality to compete defensively and is willing to initiate contact around the basket. I also like her confidence as a perimeter shooter. I'm eager to see her play this winter with her Papermaker group.
