Expert Analysis
Ryan Oppenheimer | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
The Nisly twins are both cerebral, capable guards with few weaknesses. They have similar skillsets, but they are able to use them to compliment each other. All season long, Eliza did just about everything for her team, ranking top 2 in rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. She won’t give you the same three-point shooting as her sister, but she’s an incredibly efficient scorer inside the arc — she shot a blistering 58% in her three tournament games. When she does miss, she chases after the rebound relentlessly. The team rode her hot hand and she ended up scoring the third most points in the tournament.

Eliza Nisly Eliza Nisly 5'6" | PG Amity | 2026 State OR is the definition of a two-way playmaker. On offense, she manages rhythm, curls off screens, and reads spacing like she’s been doing it for years. She finishes through contact and has a sneaky step-back jumper that keeps defenders honest. On defense, Eliza is relentless. She applies pressure on the ball, fights through screens, and locks onto her matchup with focus. Her balance of offense and defense, combined with a high basketball IQ, makes her a true glue player. She’s rarely the loudest in the locker room but she’s consistently the most reliable. Eliza understands the game’s rhythm and uses that to shape how her team plays. She’s one of those players coaches trust in the moment and that trust will be her ticket to the next level.
