Ella was a huge part of her team’s undefeated start to “The Finale”, as they are shorthanded with only six players. She is a strong guard who has a great deal of experience. Ella has always been a talented shooter, and if she has any rhythm, she can get on hot streaks from the perimeter. She isn’t a true point guard, but she has improved her handle and decision-making, and she’s able to initiate the offense when necessary. I also like her physicality when it comes to rebounding and defense.

Ella has always been a very good perimeter shooter. That much is a certainty and should be a highly recruitable quality by colleges. Over the last three years, she has also worked on her handle and ability to initiate an offense, and she’s doing a better job of getting North/South and getting into the paint. Defensively, she works and understands angles, plus she’s willing to be physical and rebound.
