Morgan Gorball Morgan Gorball 6'0" | PF Northridge | 2028 IN quietly put together a very strong spring while continuing to show growth in her overall game. She brings size and versatility to the forward position and consistently contributed in multiple ways during AAU play. Gorball’s ability to impact both ends of the floor helped her stand out against quality competition.

Offensively, she showed improvement finishing around the basket while also demonstrating confidence stepping away from the paint when needed. She rebounds effectively and does a good job using her length to create second opportunities. Defensively, Gorball competes hard and provides solid interior presence. Her overall development this spring showed why she deserves increased recognition within the 2028 rankings conversation.

Morgan is just starting to scratch the surface, and she could be a much bigger influence on the Lady Raider roster next season. She is long, wiry, and bouncy. She plays hard, she has some speed & quickness, plus she is versatile. She can even step outside and knock down the occasional wing 3-pointer. I don’t know that she’ll ever be a small forward, but she is a nice face-up ‘4’ who can become even more of a threat as a perimeter shooter/driver. Defensively, she can play the role of a paint protector and block the occasional shot/rebound, or she can contain wings/forwards off the bounce.

I recently saw Morgan for the first time at a college shootout in early June. She is long, wiry-strong, fluidly athletic, and somewhat bouncy. She moves well around the floor in most directions, and she possesses a versatile inside-out game that will likely get better in time. She is most comfortable at 15-feet in the mid-post, where she can shoot or attack from there. She is a solid rebounder and defender, and I think in time she can stretch her game to ‘3’.
