She has good size on the perimeter, rebounds well, and continues improving offensively. Scholl’s ability to play multiple positions makes her valuable because she can defend bigger players while also stepping out and contributing offensively on the wing.

She enters June ball as a player with intriguing upside because of her versatility and overall feel for the game. Scholl plays hard, moves well without the basketball, and competes consistently on both ends of the floor. Her ability to contribute in transition, rebound, and defend multiple positions should make her one of the more important pieces for Northridge this summer. With continued offensive growth, her stock has the potential to rise throughout the June evaluation period.

Lily continues to improve in her junior season, making a jump in her game and numbers across the board. 3 points up from last year, Lily sits at 18 ppg, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals, adding a block. Lily also sits at #10 in the 4A division in double-doubles.

The Northridge Raiders started their state run with a sectional win against Concord High School, 71-41. Lily did her thing and controlled the game with a double-double, 31 points,13 boards, 2 steals, and blocks. Lily didn’t look to slow down at all in the next game against, putting up 42 points on 70% shooting to secure the sectional championship by 3 points.

In a close game for the regional title, Northridge would take on the #12 Valparaiso Vikings. Coming down to the final seconds, Northridge would escape with a one-point win. Lily finishes the game with another double-double, 19 points and 14 rebounds, also being a presence on the defensive end with 5 blocks.

After securing the school’s second regional title in school history, Northridge continues its season against McCutcheon High School this weekend in the IHSAA 4A state tournament @11am in Laporte.

Lily had a nice start to her career, giving the Lady Raiders good minutes as a rookie. Now, as a Sophomore, she looks to be even more involved offensively. She is a strong-for-her-age forward who can play effectively in the mid-post, plus she is building her perimeter game to be much more consistent. She is a nice all-around athlete, she plays with a strong motor, and she has a nose for the basketball as well. Her ability to play at all three levels make her a nice fit for any team, but on this Elkhart County team, she could post double-doubles.
