More of a point guard but has the ability to play both guard spots at a very high level. She can operate as her team’s primary ball handler and is also a balanced player that can step into a scoring role for her team. She plays with great poise and is strong with the ball in her hands, even when faced with a lot of defensive pressure. Active on defense and with her size can can be physical against smaller guards.

had a nice game in Princess Anne’s final win over William Fleming, but she caught my eye in multiple games I watched her in Princess Anne’s run. Ellery plays both guard positions well, but when she is the one, she is at her best. Ellery has a high IQ and can control a game. She is a good shooter and scores at all three levels. As I mentioned earlier, this 2027 class has outstanding guards, and Ellery is the second-highest-rated point guard in this class.

Ellery is strong and supremely skilled. She is a three-level scorer and has a high basketball IQ. Ellery will be a D1 PG and will make a big impact on TPLS this year.
