About Ellie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a versatile player who can play inside-out and impact the game on both ends. I rebound aggressively, run the floor hard in transition, and consistently knock down mid-range shots and threes. Defensively, I can guard multiple positions and control the glass. I’m a loud, energetic presence who brings intensity—whether I’m on the court or supporting from the bench.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I didn’t start playing basketball until eighth grade, which initially put me at a disadvantage because I lacked the skills and experience of my peers. On top of that, I’ve faced several setbacks due to injuries, forcing me to sit out for multiple months. Those periods were challenging both mentally and physically, but they've also made me more resilient and motivated to keep improving.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college program that values a strong family atmosphere and team culture. Academics are also very important to me, so I'm seeking a school with strong academic support and opportunities.
