Elly Ingels Elly Ingels 5'5" | PG Rowan County | 2030 State KY claims the No. 9 spot on our list.

She was Rowan County’s second-leading scorer last season, averaging 12.0 points per game. Ingels is a lead guard who can command an offense. She has a tight handle, good playmaking instincts, and is a lethal shooter from three-point land. She can also get into the lane and find crafty ways to score in traffic. Ingels picked up her first Division I offer from Bellarmine University back in July and is poised for a big freshman campaign with the Lady Vikings.

I’ve watched Elly on numerous occasions since the high school season, and she continues to deliver. She looked really good creating off the dribble, using her speed to turn the corner quickly and get to the basket. She showed the ability to finish with either hand at the rim and also displayed a really pretty stroke from downtown, making her a threat to score at multiple levels.

Elly was super impressive at The Classic. She is extremely skilled with the ball in her hands and does a great job threading the needle as a passer. Elly also made the most of her opportunities from three-point range, displaying a confident spot-up game. I recall on Saturday when she broke the press by herself, pulled up from nearly half court, and hit a buzzer-beater. The young lady simply has “the juice” and continues to look like a very intriguing prospect in Kentucky’s 2030 class.
